Inspired to develop her style and use the talents God has given to her, she continues to learn and improve her work. Her art is realistic and impressionistic capturing the mood of the moment as she paints throughout her travels and about the New England area. Her love for the Creator and His handiwork in nature: the intricate details and beauty have always captured her heart. These are the subjects of her art as she captures the ordinary simple yet beautiful things in life. Watercolor, her medium of choice, is a challenge and a source of satisfaction. Other media she enjoys working in are graphite and pen and ink.

"Art, like life, is a learning process that is ongoing. Our God has created beyond our imagination and given us so much to inspire us and to learn. The process is fun and exciting, because we never know what life will be teaching us. I am always amazed that as soon as I discover something new, there is always more to learn. People ask me, 'Can anyone learn to draw?' My answer is, anyone who can write their name, can learn to draw, and enjoy the creative process. I pray my art brings glory to God and peace and joy to the viewer as I try to capture the beauty around me."
